The Harbor Country Day School experience is unique and rewarding for each student, but tuition alone does not cover the true cost, and it does not allow for expansion in new ways that benefit students. To continue enhancing Harbor Country Day School and the programs offered, strong support of Harbor's Development efforts is needed to bridge the gap between tuition and actual expenses.

Harbor's continued success and outstanding reputation have been furthered by the generosity of donors who have contributed over the years. Harbor raises funds in several different ways including Annual Fund Gifts, which are added to the School's operating budget the year in which they are made, and Endowment Gifts, of which the interest income is added to the School's operating budget for a specific purpose, such as to fund increases in salary and benefits for faculty.
